The National Development and Reform Commission and the state Energy Bureau have organized national Grid companies, Southern grid companies and local grid companies to undertake the new investment project implementation tasks.

Among them, the State Grid company is responsible for the implementation of 21 provinces (districts, municipalities) for the upgrading of agricultural network, 1556 projects, the total investment of 67.91 billion yuan; Southern Power Grid is responsible for the implementation of agricultural network upgrading in Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, the project 134, total investment of 6.24 billion yuan; Sichuan hydropower Group, Guangxi Water Conservancy industry Group, Shaanxi Local power Group, Chen International Group, Inner Mongolia Electric Power Corporation, Yunnan Baoshan Electric Power Company, Chongqing Three Gorges Water Conservancy power Group and other 9 local power grid enterprises to implement their respective supply area of agricultural network upgrading, the project amounted to 449, the total investment of 18.47 billion yuan.
